This amazing private guest house is perfect for a small family or a few friends looking for luxury and space. You will not be in each others space as this near 2,000 sq.ft. two story guest house has plenty of room for all.

Downstairs offers a washer and drier, full kicthen with all amenities and furnishings, a 1/2 bath, dining room, living room, and sitting room. The living room is equipped with a large TV with cable, DVD player, and stereo system. Off the living room is access to an outdoor patio with a wood burning fireplace.

The second floor has both bedrooms and a shared full bath. The Master bedroom has plenty of closet space, a desk, and a queen size bed. The Guest bedroom has a twin bed with a full pull out, a desk, pleanty of closet space, and a bar.

There is also a car port for use and property management on call. We encourage long term rentals but are open to any offer.
